A - Yes, you can download our ACH Form to have an automatic draft from your bank account so you can stop worrying about remembering to pay your bill on time. Just complete the form below and mail it. CLICK HERE for our mailing address.


Q - What is the minimum insurance requirement?
A - Borrowers are required to carry full coverage insurance with a maximum $1000 deductible until the loan is paid in full.

Q - Can I get a loan directly from Consumer Auto Finance?
A - Consumer Auto Finance is an indirect lender. You can only obtain financing from Consumer Auto Finance by going through a dealer in our dealer network.

Q - What happens if I miss a payment or lose insurance coverage?
A - If you fall behind on your scheduled payments or fail to maintain car insurance you run the risk of having your car repossessed. It is the borrowers' responsibility to make their payments on time and maintain adequate insurance.
